The more you stretch the more mobile you become/stay.
Stay young by staying flexible.
This is something you should do every day.
How often are you sitting down, watching TV, on your phone/tablet, reading a book (not sure people have those anymore), talking on the phone ect ect ect... all those things can be done while you are stretching.
Instead of hitting snooze three times in the morning why don't you only hit it once and use the other ten minutes to stretch? You only need to be half awake to stretch anyway, it isn't hard. Not to mention stretching in the morning increases blood flow; which will help you wake up and help your body to wake up which in turn makes you healthier.
I get that excuses are easier to find then a cab in New York City, but stretching isn't hard and it literally feels good, so why would you even want to make an excuse???
