Sometimes I think that people can get into this mindset of either NEEDING to go to the gym or they use the excuse of NOT being able to get to a gym. But that isn't an excuse, just because you can't get to a gym is not an excuse. Or even if you do go all the time, sometimes it's good to skip the gym. Yup, I said it, sometimes you should maybe skip the gym.
Go outside. Take a run, ride a bike, go hiking. Get outside and be active.
It's not that I have any problem with the gym, I love the gym I love the feel and the vibes and the whole nine yards of a gym. All I am saying is that being active in other ways, is a great way to switch it up and have fun.
And yea, in case you were wondering I pretty much dominated the mountain yesterday!
