Ladies... you will not get "buff" from weight training. Let me say again, you will not get "buff" from weight training.
Warning, If woman weight train the following will most likely happen:
You will lose fat.
You will become stronger.
You will become healthier.
You will become more capable.
You will feel better.
You will be more confident.
You will sleep better.
You will be less stressed.
You will be more proud of your body.
You will have more energy throughout the day.
You will achieve more of your goals.
You will like how you look more.
You will become a stronger person.
You are not men, your bodies do not respond to weight training the same way that a males body does. A man's chemical makeup enables him to get "buff" when doing the right kind of weight training (some more then others). A woman is different, different chemicals in the body that do not cause your muscles to grow like a male's.
Try it. Live the difference.
And guys, I shouldn't even have to tell you.
